NOTE DEGUSTATIVE

The grapes are hand-harvested and carefully selected from hilly vineyards at 150–200 meters above sea level, planted on medium-textured Pliocene soils. Vinification and aging take place in temperature-controlled stainless steel and vitrified cement tanks to preserve freshness and purity.

Handpicked grapes from hills at 150–200 meters elevation grow on medium-textured Pliocene soils, imparting balance and character. After destemming, fermentation with skin contact occurs in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to extract color and aroma. The wine then refines in both stainless steel and vitrified cement tanks, ensuring a fresh, harmonious, and precise maturation.
